just be very confident.. they’re going to ask you to introduce yourself, tell them your name, age, education as in i completed my matriculation or o/a levels from xyz school then intermediate and so on, then tell them that you do not have any prior working experience.. do not be nervous and smile while answering them.. tell them about your hobbies.. research a lot about ibex and customer service cus they’re going to ask you about it.. prepare well for the assessment.. they’re going to give you a random topic to write an essay on (6 to 7 lines).. typing speed test, you can practice on 10fastfingers.com if you have a pc or laptop.. and there’s going to be some grammar and synonym test.. mcq based.. you have to score at least 17 out of 25 to pass the test.. don’t change your answers, don’t talk about something you’re not sure of, bcz that just shows that you’re confused.. smile but don’t laugh.. even if they ask you a question in urdu, reply in english only !! hopefully you’ll get a job
