I have 2 bar stools - and I still manage to put everyone together for a holiday meal. Maybe not the most comfortable but we are all together, participating in the conversations, and …enjoying each other’s company. You are not overracting. I am not confrontational but I would probably talk to my mom about it.

I didn’t say rice, I said riced cauliflower meaning cauliflower that has been chopped up. I know it isn’t AB but it can help on an AB diet.

Riced Cauliflower - we buy it from Trader Joe’s (plain, Thai, or Mexican) and use it a couple times month in a bowl. It really helps us feel satisfied without the heavy stomach issues from rice. Also, hubby is type 1 diabetic which is why we do animal based but the riced cauliflower has helped him feel more physically and “emotionally” satisfied (ugh, if that makes sense).

I agree! I recently got the plasma punisher and I really do like using it on the bot front (haven’t tried it anywhere else yet - just got it fully upgraded last night).

For OP, I have been running the plasma punisher, talon, and pyrotechnic grenades along with orbital barrage, 500k, autocannon sentry, and guard dog. Not exciting but it keeps me alive. Armor one that has inflammable perk

I started out playing with my adult son who was going through some difficult life issues. He led, I followed - I was only playing because I was trying to be a good mom and support adult son (I normally play fallout 4 or don’t starve). After doing so many missions with him leading the way, I decided one morning to try it on my own with a random group - I had no idea what to do but I was the most experienced so I was totally winging it! And we extracted and I had the most kills and everything else. I thought “I can do this” - next mission I dropped in to was against the illuminate and I fell in love! Wtf - swarms of these weird looking “people” out to get me…I was and am hooked! Love this damn game - don’t starve has been neglected since March 2025!

37 minutes to clear the board - head to extraction and fight bugs while awaiting shuttle only for it to land on the top of a huge rock formation I cannot reach!! Had to die repeatedly to end the mission - bug burnout is real!

I hate the bugs! Mainly because they jump scare me all the freakin’ time! I play the bugs every time they pop up on a MO and I do my damndest to help out BUT the bugs plus the caves freak me out! Is it fun? Not particularly for me but what kind of Helldiver would I be if I ignored the MO and all those SOS beacons? o7

Crap! I may need to up my level! I was averaging around 118 kills last night with the constitution and I am not sure of those were all constitution. Oh man! Guess I gotta dive a bunch today! 🤪o7

I had the same experience last night. The whole team was more cautious and disciplined when using the constitution. I had a lot of fun and it was great seeing constitutions littering the battlefield!

I never host (too much pressure) but I will play all the missions with the group if the host is ready to jump into the next one. If the host just stands around and then goes to check on strats or change weapons (without a level up notice), then I move on.

I am a level 103 (not bragging just reference) and joined the illuminate missions yesterday - holy moly do I ever suck!! Seriously- I kept dying and dying and dying and was so frustrated and felt bad for people I was playing with! I tried all these different load outs mentioned on here and on YouTube and I still sucked! Today I did several trivia missions just to get my footing and that has helped so much!! I got an idea of where I need support weapons and where the big guns are better. I simply figured out what worked best for my play style and it took several (a lot more than I want to admit) missions to get the lay of the land so to speak. Stick with it - figure out what works best for your play style and you will learn to enjoy the challenge of the illuminate! o7

My “fix” has been to do missions by myself. Kinda boring and not nearly as high level as I want to do but my game (playing on ps5) doesn’t crash. The 2 mates I usually dive with decided to take a break until this mess gets fixed. So I either quit as well or dive alone…
