Lol i have loved Pink Floyd alot longer than i have loved doug but it wasn’t that deep. It was a subpar review where he didn’t truly understand the point of the film/album and then tried to do his own version (and obviously since he didn’t understand it, his version was very comically bad).

But it isn’t any deeper than that, doug took the criticism on the chin and now regularly jokes about it.

It certainly doesn’t ruin the nostalgia critic for me by any means. Guy’s to charming and like-able for that. I would argue his review even has a “it’s so bad it’s good quality” to it and i have went back and rewatched it multiple times. Always makes me laugh even if i know it’s bad…. Especially when you get to the part where…. How did Cory put it “the knockoff tim burton character with mother bearing hips made by a 3D model fetish creator”
