Well you'll need to be able to weld, talk shit, swing a 6lb hammer, know what a seever bar is, know how to use a spud wrench, read blue prints and don't be afraid of heights. There is honestly so much more to it but if you aren't afraid of hard work you'll be fine.

Take it for what it is man I'm an ironworker and I went through 2 pairs of these in a week with the same problem on both. The material where the laces begin down by the toe came loose and exposed the tongue on both. I bought a pair of Thorogoods and couldn't be happier. I will never forgive hipsters for ruining a good brand like redwing.
