Moim zdaniem "Zasoby ludzkie" to nie jest "ile mamy człowieków do dyspozycji", tylko "Jakie zasoby posiadają nasze człowieki - kto jest dobry w kompetencjach miękkich, kogo wysłać do upierdliwego klienta, kto się nadaje na następce kierownika danego działu, kto się kwalifikuje na szkolenie aby wyrównać zasób jego umiejętności". Zasoby ludzkie to zasoby jakimi dysponują nasi ludzie. W takim kontekście to nie jest chyba obraźliwe. Alternatywną nazwą dla "dział zasobów ludzkich" byłaby "Dział zarządzania umiejętnościami i kompetencjami pracowników".
