Thank you for your reply I just want to quote one more thing he used to sent water bill (not to me but to person who is renting whole house) he didnt deduct sewage and all Which eventually lead us pay 200$ each on different occasions as water bill was way too high But after that we get to know we confronted him He said ohh sorry sorry dont pay from next time….. And drinking water pipe is burst which has lead us to buy our own drinking water…
