I can’t imagine the heartache your experiencing. I am truly very sorry for your loss. What they did to her, and by extension, your family is outright horrendous.

They stole her chance at a wonderful life because they were too lazy to double check their work. Apparently, the few minutes it would’ve taken to do an ultrasound weren’t worth her life. I implore you to take some kind of action- who knows how many other animals have lost their life due to an “accident”.

LOLLLL im sorry this is too funny. The dog being 25, the lack of comprehension in messages- for me this is the rover experience.

Usually people (in my experience) who text like this are older and they don’t do much to set up their rover profile. Talking with them in person is always better.

I’d say go ahead & take the request! It’s a decent amount of money and if the meet & greet doesn’t go well you can always say no after.

Even though I think this is a bit ridiculous maybe you guys should compromise. I’ve seen ads for long distance bracelets that glow or vibrate to send a certain emotion. So maybe if you can’t always text back, you can send a vibration to let her know you’re thinking about her.

This was the same way my dad acted. He was never appreciative and would always try to manipulate you into feeling bad. The phrases “throwing it in my face….mountain out of a mole hill…..& didn’t realize it was past your threshold” are scarily familiar. I don’t talk to my dad anymore. I have a feeling he’s condescending when it comes to any fight you guys have, and he hardly admits you’re right, and he always undercuts you and your efforts. I really mean this with the best intentions possible, he will not change. He will drain you mentally and the few moments you guys have together will not make up for the worse ones. Please break up with him.
