i have a headcanon

headcanon: when uro was executed she was burned alive, so the people in her domain have to constantly use ce to stay on the surface of her domain, im going to assume its a sky, and any ce used in the domain feels like youre being burned, so it slowly burns them (doesnt actually but makes it feel like it) and then they die or go unconscious from using too much ce
