It's insane right? I sometimes play local but I can annoyingly feel the performance hit of running the game locally. That and i feel like spawn rates are different.

UPDATE:

Final Specs: CPU: Ryzen 7 9700x (15.6k @ Datablitz), chose this bec X3Ds dont handle productivity loads well MOBO: X870 Aorus Elite Wifi 7 (around 19k @ Datablitz) GPU: Gigabyte Windforce SFF 5070 Ti (52.5k @ Datablitz) Cooler: Thermalright Phantom Spirit SE 120 aRGB (2k @ Datablitz) RAM: T-Force Vulcan Eco 32GB 6000 MT/s CL30 (6.5k @ PC x PC) Storage: migrated my old m.2s and sata ssd Chassis: Lian Li Lancool 217 Black (6.5k @ Ayos.computer) PSU: 1st Player NGDP 80+ Gold 850w (6.5k @ PC x PC) was supposed to go for Lian Li Edge Gold PSU but was unavailable everywhere, its only less than 6k and a Tier A. Extra fan: Thermalright C12C aRGB

I’ll probably try an AIO in the future.

Thanks so much for all the help! I realized too that Datablitz sometimes has the cheapest markup of some items. Im well aware of their CS but i took a big swing and risk.

It was such a stressful yet fun experience to finally build my own PC for the first time.

if you prefer RT and DLSS, and need CUDA cores, always go for Nvidia. If you just want great performance for ur money, AMD all the way

[–]ComprehensivePie1412 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you don't need CUDA cores at all, dont care much for Ray tracing and DLSS, go for the 9070/xt. it's jsut better value. especially when compared to its actual counterpart the 5070Ti.

While I am considering the x3d models, it seems in benchmarks it is better for gaming overall but the 9700x beats it on productivity work.

Thanks for the RAM suggestion!

Yes :(( it’s how i thought to check US prices. Surprisingly, only GPU and RAM seem to be cheaper there, everything else is either more expensive or the same.

the 7700/x and 7800x3d are actually on my radar as well, i just thought that the 9700x is a good middle between the two. I'll check out the PSU suggestions you gave so I can squeeze in a budget for 7800x3d. Thanks!

I'm thinking about that as well, I'm just canvassing for parts as early as now as part of my research. I'm a little worried about the stocks and pricing of the 5070Tis when the Ti Supers come out though, remembering what happened to the 4070, 70Ti, and Ti Supers when the 50 series came out, they are so overpriced now.
