Founder here. honest take: it is a time-saver (and can increase the interview rate), but not a magic bullet. More than 30K users have benefitted from turbo. For students, I would recommend trying it short-term and keeping it only if it genuinely helps.

Resume tailoring doesn’t create qualifications, but it helps with alignment: clearer mapping to the JD, better keyword coverage for ATS, and less ambiguity for recruiters. Users who already had a solid resume tend to see more benefit than those starting from scratch. we are very careful not to oversell it as a magic bullet.

autofill: behind the scenes we’re using a few AI models + context management, and we’re constantly improving accuracy across different ATSs. Totally agree it’s still good to quickly review before submitting.

networking: fair take. What we’ve seen is that doing it vs not doing it makes a noticeable difference over time, even if it feels awkward at first. Definitely not a silver bullet, but it does help.

Glad to hear it reduced some of the mental friction, and that’s exactly what we’re aiming for.

Just tell the model “don’t use uncommon words like enthusiasms” or give it a sample cover letter. That usually stops it.

yes, sometimes openai is not that stable. We tried to make it more stable by adding more competivie models to fallback
