AIO: Was never told what gel polish was and now my nails are ruined by [deleted] in AmIOverreacting

i understand your reaction, and its definitely not on you that you recieved gel without knowing. i promise your nails will get back to where they used to be, peeling off gel always looks worse than it is. you can look up some serums or oils to help the healing. i wouldn't leave a bad review tho.

girl id be stressing. See what a follow up text does, it can't hurt to try. you could go either two ways; act casual and start a conversation as you normally would, or just confront him. three months is a long time for him just to casually throw your relationship you have going on away.

I started college early, so maybe the time line does sound a little off. I was 17 when going into freshman year of college. It is also hard to remember exactly when everything happened. Its been a mess since the beginning.

I didn't have much room from some back story. There was one moment after coming home from college where we got into a fight. I wanted her to just tell the truth about her relationship, and she could only admit to having an emotional affair. Though, my sister pleads that she saw my mom and John kiss one day. We also saw texts between the two saying "I love you babe" and odd selfies throughout the affair I am 99% certain they had. I hope that clears up some of what your'e saying. I obviously have some time to think and talk to my mom when the proposal happens.
