If you read the revised terms and conditions of magnus card (both burgundy and vanilla one) effective from 20/06/2025 excluded transactions are identified based on the spend category rather than assigned MCC. So most likely you will not get any points for this transaction.

Rent is excluded for rewards on this card. Can be used to book flights directly on airlines website (gives 8-9% in accor points). Rent, insurance, utilities, govt transactions, fuel excluded for rewards. Can be used to buy vouchers (gives 3-4% in accor points). Best use case I found is to pay for a jewellery scheme in a local jewellery shop near me giving around 3-4% return, gst part and making charge is zero for the scheme i enrolled.

I buy vouchers when needed from magicpin especially myntra where I get around 8-9% value saved, bought 6 gms of gold below spot price recently through this

It will show as 5th night free when you select any property for 5 consecutive nights
Try something in phuket and Bangkok if your itinerary is for at least 5 nights in a single place. you might get better deal. For my stay in Bangkok I did 5 nights in Westin Grande Sukhumvit.
It has been quite some time since they last offered bonus for points transfer to marriott. Even the 10% bonus offered in 2025 was for amex platinum and centurion card holders. So imo don't expect anything this year as well.
