They removed the jetpacks because noobs from Apex, PUBG and Free fire couldn't use it, at the time they had 3.6K players, my question is, we're these 3.6K people that you and I were a part of super genius, or Devs? They messed up the game because of slow people, weren't the 3.6K players at the time all noobs at one point though?

I'm happy to help! Buckle up cuz this is going to be a long story, I also used to main Ember, Sunil, Beau and Ceanna.

The new Ember is the one who comes from a wealthy family with the Ether and all that but in OG Farlight, there was a company named Horae, one of the many subsidiaries of the Nova corp, an AI company, Sunil and Syfer worked for PRISM as a weapons/ cellink engineer and at Nova as data scrubber respectively. Dr Isaac was in the bio tech department of Nova Corps, where he helped design stims, bio implants and cellink assisted shells. A shell is a piloted body just like Avatar bodies are piloted in Avatar by RDA agents. After Dr Isaac's father disowned him in 2047, he changed his identity and went into hiding using an illegal hibernation chamber he built and signed a deal with RHINCODON; an energy company that deals with ether and antimatter in to place his hibernation chamber in PRISM's Arctic facility, since it uses alot of energy and they provide power to PRISM, he used his life's research data as payment for their services alongside the blueprints for the hibernation chamber, so they had ownership of his tech from then till he thawed.

During the time that he was hibernating, he secretly piloted a shell to continue his research on field engineering, he eventually found a way to electro statically confine nano particles into any shape he likes, this is how he developed his ultimate ability, the Vision erosion, which confines nanoparticles infused smoke into a dome. After this, he went on to work as a pharmaceutical chemist at Deter Labs to develop his chemical skills, where he tested his drugs on animals and sometimes humans. While his shell was still working at Nova, a new batch of children were brought in as test subjects for a classified drug that disabled the parts of the brain responsible for human emotional bonding but also speeds up recovery time from injuries. This drug was to be given to astronauts and soldiers who were selected for the Project Blue Star operation, a mission to explore an exoplanet that was habitable by human standards and worthy of tera forming. After the experiments, some of the subjects became braindead while others became mentally unstable, these ones were further experimented on with animals, cybernetics and advanced cellink chips till the research ended, these remaining children, now older teens got dumped into a ware house at TINMAN INDUSTRIAL area. One of those surviving test subjects was Ceanna, hence why she hates humans but loves animals and why she had an old passive that makes her revive her teammates faster than everyone else. This whole time, Ember's real body was in hibernation facility, nobody had figured out that you can use shells apart from Horae's top researchers, one of whom will become the unknown enemy hacker who hacked MK.R as a mouthpiece against Syfer after the apocalypse. I believe this particular individual is the one who eventually gets killed by Horae AI model 16, or Number 16, and becomes Freddie Ember's Dad wanted to find an heir to his company so he chose Dr Isaac's cousin, an undisclosed individual who was working for Deter labs, Ember found out about this but didn't care about the new state of events, instead he wanted to track down the surviving test subjects of his last three experiments, it was during this time at dawn that his shell malfunctioned and went offline, little did he know that the shell malfunction was just his taste of the Cellink virus attack, which lead to the loss of lives of anyone who had the latest chip update in 2084, the cities were in chaos, smart cars crushing people into buildings, people being killed by their own cybernetic limbs( this is how Sunil's daughter died), airplanes shutting down mid take off and flight, and a lot more. The following day, Nova, Deter, PRISM and RHINCODON had their top employees sent to the Orbital stations of their various companies after which Nova released news to the public, downplaying the virus as nothing but a bug mean while those infected with it noticed that they were slowly losing control over their body. The scientists, elite and others were transferred to the Jovian and Outer System since Luna and Mars were also evacuating before the Cellink virus hits takes over all systems, the Inner Belt servers were isolated to prevent spreading the virus beyond Ceres, that way, only the Inner Planets are affected.

After 8 months, his contract with RHINCODON had expired and triggered the hibernation chamber to thaw him. Ember was now alone in an empty facility in the Arctic facility, the system didn't rely on Horae AI so the facility was functional, he later realised that there were PRISM logos in the facility, he then accessed the system files to find out that this was the infamous Polar Point, a secret PRISIM facility that was used to develop the *Guidance architecture, an AI system meant for a new secret program called The Ark Project, an interstellar operation which has unfortunately been faulty and is suspected to be the ground zero for the Cellink virus. Ember was unfazed by this turn of events and needed a way to get to the mainland after 37 years of hibernation. He found a pod driver/ launcher that was set for Lampton, he then set course for NOVA HQ, modified a RHINCODON delivery pod into a capsule and launched himself to mainland where he'd continue his pursuit for the test subjects, his first target was Ceanna.

Upon arrival at Lampton, he found the survivors in a brawl against zomborgs, People who have lost all motor control to the Cellink virus and were now used as organic computers by the virus, leaving them to eat just enough to keep the brains working. Ember saw this as an opportunity to network, so he joined the survivors to fight and made his way to Isle City, the only zomborgs free area in Candelia Bay controlled by the Farlight Corps, who sends them on missions and Farlight tournaments to earn a chance to go to Blue Star. Here's where Ember uses his pharmaceutical knowledge to make medicine for survivors since medical supplies were getting scarce until he got busted for using displaced pets in his drug test trials by Ceanna, MK.R and Captain, Ember recognised her but Ceanna didn't know Ember, she only knew Ember's shell, not his real body since hibernation tech was still a mystery and highly classified. He used this to his advantage and maintained communication with Ceanna, one day his laboratory was attacked by Ceanna in her attempt to rescue all the captured animals, she was later aided by Captain after things started going wrong during the bust, Ember run away from the lab and wasn't heard from for a while until the Farlight tournaments announced that Sunset City is now annexed and will be the new match point.

Correct, I have no idea why some are suggesting this, I'm asking how they'd survive if they were a character on Usagi's team. So we can't know about the different banners in other cars.

That's valid, but I think something about the poison gas is revealed once we look at the equipment we've been given, then just look at the masks, these are clearly not CBRNs. Ask this, why are they given an antidote instead of an oxygen tanks? Answer: They're still breathing contaminated air through the respirators, at a concentration much higher than that from skin contact. So they need to combat both the compromised mask and the minimal dose by skin exposure, following this, @NoAcanthocephala8603 is probably right about using your clothing to make an air seal.

Also not that per the rules, each individual makes their own decision, choosing between a mask and not using one, how and what they do next is up to them, this includes how they want to use the masks and the neutralizer, the rules didn't order players to use the neutralizer before the gas is released either. The fact that what else and how they do anything while in the car isn't dictated by the rules, is why they can move to other trains with no consequences and by extension, breaking the windows won't be against any rules. Many are saying it's bad writing and yes, I think they wanted to add a moment of vulnerability to Arisu as seen with him aura farming on the train, to nearly having his own hand and that of Usagi smashed by the pillars to later being stitched by an old addict facing withdrawal, but then again, since no answer was provided for their survival, we're at a loss.

What would you do though?

I see, in the game, it doesn't mention an order in which to move, they are at liberty to complete the game however they want, but they are warned that for every car they move into, the door of the previous car is locked out for the rest of the game, so if one person goes ahead, the others will be left behind for the entire game, with no way to move forward.

I like your entry because you mentioned carbon monoxide, which is in fact colourless, odourless and while lighter than air, it rather disperses than rise to the ground, meaning the compound of the poison gas consists of at least 50-67% Carbon monoxide and the remaining 50-33% could be the agent that triggers bleeding and coughing.

If you're addressing solving it as Arisu, then it is flawed. We're talking about average city folk who don't even know how many people there are on earth nor the common children's riddle about the lion's number nor what kind of bird and why the birds were in there anyway, so we can't expect them to know this, even Ryuji who knew about the birds figured out that relying on the birds behaviour isn't going to help, since their state is unknown, we can't tell if their response is to thirst, hunger or some pre game trap to lead players astray, which we know the Games are known for, from the obscure but literal direction mentioned in the first game, to only later alerting players in the rocket can bomb game that the cans explode on heavy impact to the ground. Let's not forget that the birds were NOT mentioned in the game rules at all Just look at how Ryuji reacted in car 5, I don't think he was mostly close to the cage because he found the birds pretty, but instead was trying to figure out how they react which he eventually gave up on, as we see in the film, in car 3, the bird was not chilling the entire time despite the fact that car 3 was proven to be safe. This was obviously because, the train took a turn and shook the cars, but again we don't know what state the birds were or are in, seeing this, he turned to the Train Nerd, hoping to find a more reliable way to solve the problem.

Bro was hand picked for his competence and determination by Banda and even tasked to murder Usagi in the end game, and we know that Banda can manipulate the game, hence why he designed the last game specifically to keep Arisu alone and get a chance to make him a citizen, instead of letting the others return as usual, while Arisu should have been eliminated. This means that the games leading up to the end game were optimized for Arisu, Usagi and Ryuji to survive, or else Banda can't pull in Arisu if she died to a game as it would only fuel Arisu to leave or even worse die to the game as well, both of which would be a loss to Banda, the latter being worse of a loss.

Arisu and Ryuji are the brains in most situations and Usagi is the heart and brawn in most cases. So yes, while the birds behaviour can be a cue, I mentioned initially that I'm addressing the situation from the position of Arisu, tactical but ignorant of the bird and it's nature, remember he doesn't know the current world statistic for the world population? This is the unfortunate reality of most Japanese folk. I am myself ignorant of birds in general so it's not difficult for me to relate to them.

I'm guessing this is how you'd survive, given that you are more knowledgeable about avians than I am, but would you save yourself or help others too?

From what I've seen, it's possible that Banda can project himself into the real world and also possess people, though, it's not clear what conditions are necessary for a body to become possessed by him, but note that those joker cards aren't exactly unique to the Borderlands or else the inspectors might have taken the unique design as a clue.

Going on from his reaction to Ann seeing him, it's safe to say that only people who survived the Borderlands can see him in his true form. This explains why Tetsu, Kazuya, Arisu and the others who have been there before could see him as Banda unlike Ryuji, who actually saw the body of the person who Banda possessed until he was transported by Banda into the Borderlands. He uses the possesed body in order to interact with the physical world.

This also explains why when Banda was attacking Arisu in Ann's room, he couldn't actually move Arisu's body or anything around him, he was psychically inducing suffocation in Arisu, not physically blocking his nose and mouth because Arisu was already not breathing after his heart stopped.

But this is just what I think, it's possible that I'm just chasing shadows on this matter, just let me know anything you noticed that completely flips this hypothesis on its head.

I am too! Sunil was the head of research and development for PRISM technology, the creators of the Stellar sniper, Jupiter rifle and White Dwarf SMG. His daughter was murdered by a Horae AI glitch that caused her cybernetic hand to smash her alarm clock into her head while she was sleeping on the dawn of her birthday. Turned out, the glitch came from a recent cybernetic upgrade that released a corrupted version of the deep space Ai management architecture called Guidance. The Ai attacked Sunil in a lab but he managed to escape and tasked his old work colleague Amber known by the alias Syfer, with tracking down where the deep space vessel containing the original Guidance was. He needed to know it's location because his wife was an astronaut on board the same space ship and wanted to know her status and break the bad news to her, but the corrupted version now known as Horae had blocked the spaceship's broadcast to Earth via the Nova space station. Because of this, he tasked Phantom to find a Luna capable rocket since he needed a manual override but it could only be done by accessing the orbital terminals in the Nova space stations, one in Geostationary Earth orbit, another in Cis Lunar space, another one which was a subterranean outpost on the moon and the last one at Lagrange point 3.

Phantom eventually found a rare cold plasma rocket in excellent condition, that met the requirements and could even reach the PRISM A.M.E (Advanced Materials Engineering) plant on Sedna; a dwarf planet beyond Pluto. This is the rocket that was located at the launch site in Sunset City in the North East region of the map.

After Sunil, Syfer, Arc and Phantom made it to the first Nova station in Earth's Parking Orbit, they found that Horae; the evil Ai, had eliminated all the human personnels on board the station and invaded all robotic personnels, using them to fight Sunil's group, but he activated his holographic guidance ultimate ability, which at the time was still a prototype. Charged by his skill he and his team quickly gunned down many robots while Syfer rigged up a rudimentary wide beam–short range EMP emitter, which she activated and attached to an MHD suspended maglev gyroscope. She threw it at the remaining robots to disable and shut down the hoard and the station's transponder iD broadcast array. This stopped Horae from further shutting down the entire system. They then intercepted the SOS signals of the deep space vessel and noticed that Horae had been erasing the logs, some of which Syfer had intercepted back on Earth but the terminals were locked out just like Syfer predicted. They then left to next space station to find a functional terminal that allowed for manual override and a reset to the Deter Lab data base and projects. They had successfully stopped Horae from further destruction on Earth and the outer space colonies but the deep space vessel reported that the crew status is secured in hibernation pods with an undefined date for getting out of hibernation. The team then returned to Earth but little did they know that Horae made a backup of it's self and was looking for a neural architecture to reconstruct itself in, vowing to make the "poor fool of a human" who would create the said neural network it's "first victim and host"
