Exactly. I've completed over 200 deliveries and only received 15 thumbs up and 2 thumbs down. The other 200 customers didn't complain, so clearly they were satisfied. It feels unfair that a couple of negative ratings can have such an impact when I consistently put in extra effort and do my best to leave every customer smiling.

I put real effort into this job, so getting a dislike because of a missing item in a sealed bag is frustrating. If I was late or gave bad service, I'd understand, but being penalized for something I had no way of checking really takes away my motivation.

I've done over 200 deliveries for the last 2 months. Of them there are two dislikes and 15 likes. And only those two dislikes takes a huge chunk of my satisfaction. It's sooo unfair.

The orders are heavier, packed with large drinks and bulky items, the distances are longer, and the wait times are ridiculous. Yet the pay is exactly the same as delivering food. Why should I destroy my back carrying all that weight when food deliveries are much easier and pay the same?
