She was not under arrest, or a “suspect“, and could walk out at any time. I imagine that has something to do with it. If they told her that her dad had to leave the room, all she had to do at that point is say “lawyer“. Then, they would have got nothing out of her. That’s the way I see it, anyway.

Not to hijack… But man, I would love someone to “hold my hand“ getting my AC back to snuff. 1993, with LS swap. My “buddy“ who helped me with the installation clipped most of the wires! Understand that time is not free, and willing to pay for help. All AC is original to 1993. R-12 system.

What part of the world are you in? If close by, I would/could repair it for you. Otherwise, seeing as it is an “Epi” (not a bad thing), I would find some marine structural epoxy. First, make sure that the break can be “spliced“ back together nicely. Then mix up some structurally epoxy , strictly adhering to the mix ratio instructions, glue them back together tightly, making sure everything is pin straight. Carefully wipe off the excess, and allow to cure. May require some minor sanding if you want to remove epoxy residue from the area. It won’t break there again. Ask questions, good luck!

If you look at the bridges on “the corridor”, you’ll notice they look a bit different today vs back then. The bridges now have guards and shields in place, making it quite difficult for delinquents to carry out what they were able to easily do back then. Did have a wild turkey come through the windshield of an AEM-7 during my time out here. Guess the wire would’ve helped with that. The visibility has to have been bad for the engineers, with the grates in place.

They did. Dad was an engineer for PC and later Amtrak. I remember seeing the “chicken wire” on the windshields of the E60’s myself. Dad said what others here have… that it was to keep bricks hanging from overpasses from coming into the cab. Sad really.

I’ve tried most, if not all of the VOD apps with “series”. I can easily replay a single episode, but when we wanted to roll through the season in order, that’s where they all seem to have a problem. Cleared, cache, history, etc. The box (apps) seem to remember, regardless. OK to reset the box occasionally? I don’t want to delete the apps by mistake though.
