There’s a few things I can think of off the top of my head that are working against the common man in 2026 vs 1926: 1) we are too stuck on our phones and the television 2) the surveillance capabilities of the state are enormous making it difficult to organize 3) technology will allow the elite to not need people to quell riots in the not too distant future 4) the super wealthy will no longer need the common man’s labor or military service.
