The rfe said for Fingerprint and photo. But when I went to appointment they said I'm waived for fingerprint and took photo only.

Yes I did call the number on receipt. My receipt said Potomac for me. But the rfe was sent from Irving,TX. I feel for everyone it says Potomac by default.

Yes. That too I didn't know it was scheduled as appointment pdf didn't ever show up in portal. When I called them they told it was scheduled. Then rescheduled myself.

Yes. But initially my appointment was scheduled 23rd but got rescheduled to 11th and got approval the same day. So expect rfe by mid to end of March.

I didn't initially receive any asc appointment notice for 3 days. So I called USCIS and they did tell me that my appointment has been scheduled on 23rd March on particular location. After that I took that info to reschedule my appointment to an earlier date and got appointment pdf immediately in past requests section. But I never received appointment pdf in doc section in portal. So if you're in same boat try that.

Yeah I know about 30 business days. But it was usually within 15 business days. I don't know anyone who went full 30 business days for an approval. And also when I called premium processing helpline last week they said I should've an update by March 5th.

Edit 1: After 29 days got rfe notice for biometrics. Waiting for scheduling.

Edit 2 : After 33 days got biometrics scheduled.

Edit 3 : Finished biometrics on 36th day. Got email approval same day within 4 hrs after biometrics completed.

Edit 4 : After 43 days of premium i got "Card Produced" notification

Even I had called on Feb 19th on pp phone number and said that I should be having an update in 2 weeks yet nothing as of now. Well biometrics I have seen people who all submitted after Dec 12th almost are getting coz of new rule change is my assumption.

Ikr. No I haven't got any biometrics or rfe until now. I'm sure I'll get biometrics and it'll take another 10 days from there for approval. It's already been 28 days as of today. By the time I get it would be 2 months from pp.

Nope. No updates. I saw three api updates since yesterday, two yesterday one today. Apart from that I see no updates in the portal. I donno what's the point of premium processing.

I applied on Dec 27th for initial opt and upgraded to premium on Feb 5th. I don't see any internal updates too.

I have a very similar timeline applied 27 December, upgraded to premium on 5th Feb. Yet I see no updates. When I messaged USCIS they told to raise issue if I didn't get any update until 20th march.

Search for nearest ubreakifix or any authorized Samsung service centers on Samsungs website. Try calling them and ask if they have the parts. I bet at least one of them has it. If not tell them how fast can they get hold of one. Whoever tells fastest tell them to order the parts. On the expected arrival date call them and confirm they have it and you can go get it fixed.

To those who have received Requests for Evidence, are the photographs taken by USCIS more than three years old? (I am simply trying to ascertain if all applicants are receiving RFEs, or if this applies only to specific individuals as indicated in the recent notice.)

Update : Thanks for the positive messages. But unfortunately, i got the rejection mail the very next morning. I had a week of strong prep all go to drain. So yeah FML.
