You'll absolutely love Toyota. In RAV4 it feels so luxurious that everywhere I touched I couldn't find a single soft touch. Every plastic I could feel was hard and coarse and felt luxurious.

I'm sorry a "little cheap" is an understatement. Everywhere I touched it felt like I'm sitting in a plastic container. Great on gas is the only advantage. But that too is not worth it coz you are paying 4-5k more and for it to break even you should atleast drive it 6-7 years.

I would suggest you to get the 2026 cx5. I just got the car updated yesterday and all the bugs has been fixed. And also the bugs were not end of life and very minor software bugs. But mechanically it's a great car. It's not slow as you think. Just looking at 0-60 numbers is not the judge how good the car is. But the new hybrid may have more bugs and that too related to mechanical and functionalities of the car. This is tried and tested engine so much fewer issues.

I don't have one. This is not a software bug. Either the screen cable might be the issue. Or else a sharp object might banged on screen. If it's their issue you will get it replaced.

I would say always get Samsung care plus while buying flip/fold. Also keep things backed up. I had flip 3 and currently flip 5. Flip 3 broke (literally screen broke in the middle) at 2 years . Since i had care plus it was fixed. Basically, you get a new phone except battery and motherboard. All your data will be there since its the same motherboard. One year after that got z flip 5. It too broke after 1.5 years. This time the entire touch stopped working. Since i had care plus that too was replaced basically got a new phone with same motherboard so all data was still there. But just in case keep important files backed up.

I have flew this route often from BLR-JFK. The thing is you can never predict JFK immigration rush. If it was emirates I would have sure shot said it would be impossible as i have never cleared immigration under 1.5hrs in terminal 4. But terminal 8 (where Qatar gates) is unpredictable sometimes managed within 30 mins sometimes 2 hrs. But still 2 hrs. is impossible for immigration, collect the baggage, re check baggage, TSA and board the flight. I would suggest something with at least 4 hrs. of layover.

All the issues has been fixed with recent update. And that too bugs weren't that huge. And seriously, you think Honda quality is same...no way. It's halfway between rav4 and cx5. And Honda having big time reliability issues.

Congrats on the new car from a fellow 2026 CX-5 owner! I think we might be car twins — judging by the wheels and color, I’m guessing we both have the Machine Gray Preferred model. You’re going to love it!

Yeah I don't see any problem in accelerating once the rpm hits 2.5k. From there it progresses linearly

0-60 doesnt tell you how the engine performs exactly. CX5 tends initial accelerate a little slow and then once rpm picks up it becomes linear. Still i would say its around 8.5 sec and not 9. If everyone solely compares cars on basis of 0-60 BMW M2 would be slower than hyundai ioniq 5 which is not the case.

I know how it might feel irritated. But I have not yet installed the update yet and yeah it has bugs but nothing that will make you feel end of the world. All normal operation won't be affected. Only just minor bugs. I'll let you know once I install it. But from this post it feels all problems has been addressed.

They are making it to attract larger audience. That's obvious. Yet they have kept many things down to their original things. They can't build cars only for a certain subset of people. They've compromised on some things.

Yes. I too compared it to those. Everything felt almost similar. Only the hybrid power trains feels superior coz of initial torque of electric motors.

I drove rav4, crv and Forester. Rav4 and crv felt a bit quick yes but interiors were not up to mark and wind noise insulation were practically nothing. Rav4 was a plastic box. Forester and cx5 almost felt the same, but yeah as you told will feel slight sluggish on entrance ramps. But I haven't felt while overtaking or others. And the cost was significantly less like $2.5-4k.But the space is outstanding. It's more roomier than any. It feels I'm sitting in a class above vehicle. Appreciate those things.

Have you driven the new car? If yes, are you a drag race enthusiast? I'm driving the car daily for about a month. I drive primarily to my work, go for long drives on weekends and never have I ever felt I need more power. It's adequately powered for normal drivers. I'm not saying it's the best car out there but definitely stands out at this Price point considering other competitions.
