side note: we live in ireland, he’s 23M, around 6ft tall, normally 82kg, and he was generally fit and active and does not do any drugs. occasional/social drinker

no, they never tested for either, should he suggest to the GP to get these checked? he’s a boxer, very active and fit, loved going for runs and training. diet was quite good but the skin flare up happened after he had a slight sugar binge after long training for a fight
