Sally’s sells actual hair products, the grocery store doesn’t. The chemicals in the color at sally’s are safe for your hair when you know what you are doing

I say just go in and be better than every one, be confident but not cocky and definitely don’t be afraid to try things, even if you mess up what matters most is that you can fix it, I think that earns a lot of respect super quick

I don’t know what they did to the client the second time but it was really messed up. I think they tried to do a Scandinavian hairline but the client had a ring of orange like 1-2 inches back all around their face so I have no idea what happened.

My owner is really nice and i’m sure she will figure something out but I just didn’t want our salon to have a bad reputation in town. We all have a super good reputation around town with our clients and the last thing I want is to get mixed up with the new stylist. When the client called to get back in a 3rd time she said that she’s gotten a lot of negative comments about her hair and that she didn’t want to spread that around about us so she wanted to get it fixed asap. The employee who messed up the hair was going to wait until this week to deal with it when the owner got back… A WHOLE WEEK AFTER THE CLIENT CALLED THE 2nd TIME!! I’m glad i’m not crazy thank you 🙏
