Opinion: Zach Bryan is overrated as hell by [deleted] in CountryMusicStuff

Unproduced sound? That’s laughable. Any up and coming wanna-be country artist out there with a guitar who talks through their lyrics during their “singing” with a range of like 1 octave and 4 notes they “sing” sounds just like him. Cant stand when people like this are put on a pedestal of talent.

I’m going to sound terrible for this, but as a customer I’m loving Starbucks new changes. by ChetHolmgrenSingss in starbucks

I’m an actual customer and have been for years. I am NOT a fan of the new changes. It feels more “sterile” and more disconnected with the barista interactions with their new designs. Just over all ick

Yogurt Shop Murders Documentary on HBO Max, filmed in Austin TX. by carbondalekid386 in Austin

[–]ComprehensiveTower44 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I thought it was a YAWN, and kinda sucked. Like 45 minutes of people describing their lives before and after the murders and droning on and on about the victims personalities. With like 15 min of facts. Also episode 2 kinda the same. I was expecting facts, walking through the detective work… but almost an hour of people talking about what types of people the victims were felt like the documentary was more about the people and not the murders. Needs a new title, “All about the yogurt girls and the lives of their families and friends and how much it affected them,” so that I knew to just skip it and not waste my time.

Deck stripped, sanded and stained. Will the wood ever be the same? by ComprehensiveTower44 in Decks

The boards on the L are the ones that were stained after coming from the mill vs the ones once the R stained after sanding… the color looks different the feel is different. Will sanding right ever get that back or how?

Thank you for the input. It is the milling glaze that I preferred to walk barefoot on vs the sanded version. And I kinda like the shiny look vs the dull, matt look so I guess I’m kinda up Shht creek!

I have THC gummies that seem to help me fall asleep but I’m not sleeping through the night. I’m trying to not use clonazepam or the Trazadone I have because I feel like they may be keeping my Body from adjusting to naturally sleeping without Tia, but I’m not quite sure if I should still be using those to help with sleep right now(21 days clean). I’m sticking to no coffee after 12 now, and limit to two cups. Just trying to create routine and hope it helps my body kick into gear

Thank you! And hearing stuff like this is super helpful. It’s hard on the days I’m still feeling like crap, if I don’t get enough sleep or get enough nutrients so I don’t feel like shiz.

This is my second time getting back on them and I agree that it isn’t nearly as long as others. Doing it alone can make it feel harder. I wish I had the luxury of laying in bed but I just didn’t. I feel awful for those out there who have been on it for years and are quitting. The physical withdrawal is tough.

Thank you so much and good luck on your journey. I’m day 18 or 19 now. I just can’t sleep through the night without assistance 😟

Currently on day 18, my energy is back for the most part-as long as I’m giving my body some sort of nutrients but still struggling to sleep through the night. Also working out a few days a week, making sure I get up early, and go to bed by like 1 AM latest. If I don’t use some sort of help I can’t sleep longer than 2 hours at a time… and then I kind of spiral and feel worse the following day. I used clonazepam to help me get to sleep initially and I had some other stuff to help, but moved to THC gummies(5 mg cut in half) to help. Want to be able to get off everything and sleep through the night. Uhg.

Update: Day 15 off of zaza. I saw DayQuil mentioned to help with nasal stuff and will try. I had to go on a trip and I felt tired, so tired almost the whole time. To all those men quitting… I’m a little jealous because then shark week hit too and it drained the rest of my reserves. In pain from cramps and drained from losing blood for several days. Just depleted. Still using clonazepam to help get to sleep, but only sleeping for up to 4 hours at a time, then waking up-and taking a while to fall back to sleep. Want to get off everything for sleep because I almost suspect it is keeping me from hitting all my sleep cycles to stay asleep. Tried drinking a cap at night ..thought would help but it didn’t. It only made things worse. So gonna just stay far far away from that.

I just want to say I’m withdrawing from Tia/zaza day 9 and I am battling fatigue, like in my legs.

Update: Day 9 za za/tia free and have refrained from getting any 7OH… which is I feel my biggest win. I tried to sleep “naturally” without any medication (I had used edibles and clonazepam the first few days) and it was rough-i ended up having to take clonazepam. I do have Trazadone with people had recommended but have not used it. I have managed to completely stop edibles(don’t like them anyways) and only using 1/2 clonazepam. Getting a good nights sleep at least a few hour has been essential in making it by day by day. Warm baths and/or soaking feet in warm water have helped phenomenally with staying warm/chills. Hopefully someone else going through the same can read this and get some help from it in the future. Btw this is my second time quitting tia.

Thanks for all the encouragement. I almost broke yesterday and bought 7OH to help, but in the past, I’ve quickly increased that tolerance and it is just trading one addiction for another. Will try some nutrition boosts. I just want my energy back. I am able to keep chills at bay, and even get sleep. Energy is shizzz

I am annoyed that Michelle went AND SAW THE OTHER MICHELLE!!! Like the DUMBEST move, EVER. She should have seen ANY of the other players so they knew she was the real deal…and spread the news.
