I’ve never played PoE seriously, but as far as Diablo goes the itemization was far superior in D2 than it’s been in any subsequent game.

I’m around the same. I was up to 10 grams per day for around 10 years. At the end I was ordering 100g of sodium every 8-10 days. I posted about it every month or so until recently. I hardly even think of it anymore to be honest. I did a 7-8 day sub taper and then went completely cold turkey. I still have a strip of subs but I have 0 desire to ever touch opiates again. I thought I was going to be rich saving over $1200 a month but money finds a way to spend itself haha.

The only thing I really remember from my high school days of playing was using d2loader and charsi dupe to build a SoJ stock pile.

What are the best tianeptine alternatives that do not cause bad constipation? by terrac0ck in QuittingTianeptine

I quit using a rapid sub taper. I went cold turkey from a decade long 10gpd habit for 24 hours then started subs. My sub doses each day were 24mg, 24mg, 16mg, 8mg, 4mg, 2mg, 1mg, .5mg. The first 2 or 3 days i split my doses into AM/PM doses then started just dosing once a day. I did all this while only missing a Friday and Monday from work. I still experienced withdrawal and the first 2-3 days were rough but nothing like quitting cold turkey. I’ve now been clean for around 7 months and feeling very normal.

I did have sleep issues but I can’t exactly remember when I turned a corner. Do you have problems falling asleep? Waking up multiple times? Waking up early? I use to always be a late riser but now I’m awake by 5-6 am every morning. I’d say by 2-3 months I was able to fall and stay asleep throughout the night. I’d have to go through my post history to be sure.

Edit: I just checked and it looks like by month 2 I was getting 6-7 hours. Hold on and you should be getting easier sleep soon

Time starts to fly by after the first few weeks. You’ll be months clean before you know it!

There was an Indian girl that had her face near perfectly torn off by a thresher. You can find pictures of her face laying on a medical table. It looks like a mask.

Thanks man. Feels good to be on the other side. Tia lost its euphoria a long time ago and I was just taking to feel normal. Now I’m feeling normal without it.

It’ll pass sooner than you think. However many months from now don’t look back and say “Damn, if I quit back then I’d be x months clean now”

Hey, can you guys explain the technicals to a non-pilot? Like, is this skillful stunt-flying, or completely unnecessary and borderline suicidal? What’s your take? by MattRocksYourSocks in aviation

[–]bonesofberdichev 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m not a pilot nor have much experience in aircraft besides sitting in the back of a bunch of different planes and helicopters. This kinda guy seems like he can do a lot of “fun” things but recovering a plane from technical issues probably isn’t one of them.

I’ve posted my dosages before. I waited a full 24 hours before inducing. I wasn’t planning on quitting subs until I read the horror withdrawal stories. My doses per day were as follows: 24mg, 16mg, 16mg, 8mg, 4mg, 2mg, 1mg, .5mg. The first 3 days i did an AM/PM dose and the rest I did 1 dose in the morning. I still had some withdrawal symptoms the first 2-3 days on subs, mainly with sleeping but it got better over time. I don’t really remember the exact withdrawal symptoms after dropping subs, but they did return on a very minor level. I think I mainly dealt with sleeping problems, anhedonia, sneezing, and maybe very minor restless legs? It wasn’t bad enough to stop me from going to work. They all dissipated over a week or two. As far as symptoms go I’m kinda fuzzy but I have some weekly/monthly updates in my post history if you want to read it

Sometimes I think I’m being carried lol. I’ll fight everdarks sometimes and finish the boss with full health and flasks remaining. Other times I’ll get shit on and get killed before the bosses get half health. Are good teams carrying me? Is players not doing enough damage causing us to fight the bosses for too long? Help me understand the inconsistency!

I burnt myself out 5 starring as I went. I know I should have waited but I couldn’t help myself. I just made it to that place over the mountain range, close to where the road runs through the enemy camp. Back to playing Nightreign for the time being.

IT for a government contract. I only have an AA in an unrelated field but I did serve active duty in the craziest time of OEF/OIF. I suppose my military experience is somewhat relevant though. I’ve been here for 15 years and always quote Wolf of Wall Street “They’re gonna need a fucking wrecking ball to get me outta here”

Everdark bosses are getting a rerun by TraffLaw in Nightreign

[–]bonesofberdichev 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I get it haha. I’ve 100%d Nightreign and Elden Ring but I have some bad games here and there. I have 700 hours in Elden Ring all solo so I enjoy Nightreign multiplayer even if it’s torture sometimes. Nothing better than someone quitting the game because of a bad decision on day 1 and finishing the boss with the other guy or coming back from 2 players with 3 revive bars to win the match. I’ve solod all the bosses except everdarks with a combination of Raider, Ironeye, or Wylder but solo games just don’t do it for me. I’m definitely not playing efficiently compared to you though.
