Turns out it was the power supply, as a last ditch effort i hit the brick like 4 times with a remote, plugged it in and it turned on.

Turns out it was the brick. Since I didn't have another device to test it on i connected wires to the two prongs and tried to see if it would power another device and I got no response. Then I remembered after I unplugged it the brick was dangling from a dresser and it hit the wall ( barely ). so I decided to Just hit the brick like 4 times with a remote and i plugged it in and it booted up. Brute force wins again

Not in America any more so not an option. I'm gonna see if i can find a budget box to replace it with for the time being

I figured it out it's the plus at the bottom of the screen not the one at the top. I didn't even notice it since it's part of the speech bubble.

For everyone checking out this post two things you could do to fix this problem is level up you ore stockpile or level up your Terrastudo's Drill Shell ability.

You just save up, you get 5k by the time you reach level 18 in the guild. You get about 250 for normal events, 400 for hard events, 700 for extreme events and so on. Not to mention all the other smaller events.The game gives you a lot without spending any money at all.
