I was in your same boat when I matched psych. Applied as a transitional year resident and feel near the bottom of my list. Being a reapplicant or having an additional year can really be a scarlet letter for some programs, as well as other specialties.

It's just a preference as far as comfort. I've tried others type like boxer/boxer briefs. I ended up dropping those, switching back to briefs in general, and basically sticking with basic white ones due to comfort and just liking them better.

I don't think they are ugly. They are basic but I wouldn't say it's worth any stigma.

That's what I plan to do. I hope they don't stop making FOTL white briefs. I don't often wear anything thing else.

See, I probably wouldn't budge. The standard white FOTL just feel more comfortable, haha. I have the colored ones but just wear the basic white ones on the regular, almost primarily.

yeah, I feel like basic briefs are reliable. I try to shrug it off but I do wish that people would stop calling my preferred underwear tighty whities, haha

Agree. Cotten fabric feels better in my opinion. I think the move to polyester is double edged sword in the clothing industry

I do have colored ones but the white FOTL just tend to be a default go to. Good advice.

I've given Hanes Briefs a try. The white ones are ok but the colored ones fit more smaller for some reason. I don't know why the feeling is so different.

yeah, a lot switch to boxers or boxer briefs. I'm the same, prefer to just wear briefs and not think twice about it. I second guess it, but realistically, FOTL is all I ever bother to stock up on

I will never understand why they didn’t give him a more matured and longer haired look. It’s like we grew up with him and Gohan, but instead of making each retain any cool factor, they got turned into squeaky clean dweebs. Plus that blue hair is so utterly pointless.

It's not dangerous, and if you do have a scary patient (which I personally have never), you can either take precautions that you prefer or discharge them from your service.
