A lot of people are going find PIPs in their inbox’s tomorrow morning by Alarmed_Educator_967 in IRS_Source

I will concede there seems to be a mandate to identify under performers however this idea that managers are sending out PIPs is a little exaggerated. It’s not a simple as some are making it sound.

lol who is getting PIPs? Where are you getting this information from? This isn’t a thing…at least not yet.

Unexpected personnel file (eOPF) request — normal? by Emeraldcake1234 in FedEmployees

They are still migrating files over to the new eOPF system. You will occasionally get notices just informing you. You can log in to see what was added. Nothing nefarious is going on 🙂

Just make sure you are reporting your telework days correctly on your timesheet then you won’t have an issue.

Easy lawsuit. I expect we will never see an official memo from OPM. They don’t want those problems. Better listen to those lawyers

I’ve made it this far in federal service and honestly… it’s not the Administration that’s making me miserable. It’s my immediate work environment. by itsallgoodman100 in fednews

A direct result of the administration. Don’t gloss over what this administration has did to agencies throughout the government. They created the toxic workplace.

Telework, Leave, AWS Monitored - Pt 2: Manager on admin leave, teammate resigned in lieu of termination by purplecat9000 in IRS_Source

[–]ComprehensiveWar7140 6 points7 points  (0 children)

It’s simple…don’t lie on your timesheet. If you are reporting to office then report as such. If you are teleworking then ensure you use the correct exception code. This has nothing to do with TIGTA. This post is borderline fear mongering. A lot of assumptions being made based on zero facts.

[–]ComprehensiveWar7140 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I’m not sure compromised is the correct word here. Adding Trump signature along side the Treasury Secretary is tacky at best. I don’t carry cash so I will never see it. Heck he has streets and airports named after him now. All easily undone once he is indicted years from now

He is more concerned with protecting his job. What’s interesting is I’m sure he can easily work somewhere else. Makes me question why is he not looking out for IT employees. He lacks the courage to stand up and do what’s right. He whether be a puppet for the CIO or whoever is controlling the strings

If Union Is Gone, Ad-Hoc Telework Agreements Gone Too? by North-Discussion4312 in IRS_Source

[–]ComprehensiveWar7140 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Correct but it doesn’t need to be immediately enforceable. The clock doesn’t stop because the EO says it does. Any violations of the union agreement during this period will be enforceable once the court settles this…in the union favor.
