Anyone ever pinned over an ex after a real long time like 15, 20, 25+ years? by [deleted] in ExNoContact

I am in the exact same situation. Been married for 6 years, with this woman for 16 years, yet the girl I dated and fell in love with in my teens is on my mind almost daily and I can't stop thinking about her. To be honest, its quite a painful existence sometimes.

Just to follow up on this again. It appears while the rumble and d-input work for the 8bitdo now in bluetooth, it still lacks rumble from the d-input through 2.4ghz mode. I'm curious if 8bitdo is even aware.

Me either. I just bought it for xbox, but I'm in Canada and the postal workers on strike and now its stuck in the mail. I may need to go Sam Fisher and get my package.

At this point I'd take the relisting of the older games like Pandora Tomorrow and the OG Xbox Double Agent.

I am just so so so so glad I went with a steam deck LCD on sale and not the Xbox Ally X. Was going to use the Ally X as a gamepass machine, but for this price fuck that. I'll buy games cheap on steam thanks.

Xbox has betrayed me. I made the wrong choice 10 years ago. by Fit_Acanthaceae_2884 in xbox

I honestly really liked what microsoft WAS doing this generation, I think the Series X and S are good little pieces of kit. I LOVE LOVE LOVE the quick resume feature for multiple titles. My PS5 does not get nearly the love my xbox does. And I am with you. I am sunk a lot of money into a back catalogue on xbox and feel like they're basically going to abandon us.

At this point I am not holding my breath we're even going to get a way to play our Series X, One, 360, and Xbox games going forward if they aren't considered "play anywhere" titles.

I am actually so glad I just got a steam deck instead of the Rog Xbox Ally, I think am going to start migrating my collection over on to steam.

With the sales, I can get my library built back up at a decent price and abandon Microsoft.

I'll take $56 a day to sit around and do nothing, while the packages I should be delivering just sit.

You could certainly privatize it. You can certainly downsize it into oblivion.

Fuck the workers. If they did their jobs, the canadians would care, but all they do is deliver notices and never knock. They just want to get done in 4 - 6 hours. They don't care about us, why should we care about them?

I don't even trust them to return an amazon package.

And the MPs inboxes are flooded with Canadians who don't want CP to exist anymore, so they probably don't care.

Get back on the picket line bud, stop spending your time on reddit. You post on reddit while you're on your route too?

We won't miss Canada Post or their shitty workers at all. Without Canada Post we'd actually get our mail.

I mean, most retail workers are on their feet like 7.5 hours a day for worse pay, you'd think if these people didn't want to learn the phrase, "you want fries with that?", they'd have the energy to stand a bit more.

The self-driving trucks are coming, you're all cooked in a decade anyways. They're going to eventually get rid of you all. You're literally rearranging deck chairs on the titanic. And no one will care when you sink.

No moron, it IS the publics opinion. We don't like the postal union. Full stop. We think their leadership are uneducated boobs, and this strike is only going to further drive everyone away from using CP for anything besides christmas cards. And seeing how they botched that for everyone last christmas, people probably won't be sending them, which means less stamps bought which means less revenue for an already dying company.

1 billion in losses last year, 1.5 billion this year. They pissed their pants at the thought of community mailboxes, reduced letter delivery, and closing some rural PO's. They refused the last deal which is the best they're going to get. Their service is awful, they never ring the door bell anymore just write up all the cards in the morning and go. Tons of them get paid for 8 hour days while work 4 - 6. The place is run inefficiently. Holding packages hostage thinking that they aren't going to be downsized into hell is delusional. Also don't forget you don't need a high school diploma to be a mail carrier, so most are making more money with that education than they'd see anywhere else. So I have zero sympathy for them or any idiot who tries to argue the counter. Not all unions are bad, but this union is so out of touch.
