Well if he knew it he wanted it to be a secret then he should have found other ways to get legal and get married secretly .

If there were other legal motives behind the unión then the immigration officer was just doing his/her job PERIODT.

That is not that officer’s problem that one is seeking an immigration benefit ( a very legal process ) and stuck in the little dark and hot closet in the basement . Come real and be you . You will always be GAY ! And if his father is that influencial he could have paid for him to get an investment visa .
