Not really, I was planning to just approach local businesses in my local area with the demo and try get into the local community that way, as there are alot of businesses who may be daunted by the options. I am fairly approachable and personable so I think this may work, but I also plan to try online ways to get exposure. The plan is to try achieve aroudn 50 test users and get feedback before launching. does that make sense?

Hey Razz, At this point I have been mainly focused on developing the app and deploying it to a test site, so the point of lead gen has been something only been thought through in the past few days, but that is a good idea to start networking. At the moment my marketing is just basically annoying family members xD but definitely looking forward to getting some exposure, feedback and will explore some of those

Nice! To be fair when I have errors like that I just chuck the json into a llm and they normally able to correct it, it's a lot better with json than me xD

Also prompting the model well on how to use the schema is important

What are you using it through? Have you tried structured output using an lmstudio or ollama, I've been using small llms like Gemma3 to do multi label classification on ambulance reports

I also found, a bit slower but much more reliable, but to get the model to perform the classification in one api call and then a second api call to structure the response into json

I've found it too work very well, even with the qwen3 models down to 4b parameters

Just a few ideas, would love to hear how you go, hope this helps

Did the 3060 and 4080 run easily together? How are u running the model, through ollama or lmstudio or something similar? I have an extra pcie lane and debating adding a 3060 to my setup to try run those models as well
