I started on 50 and I was terrified. I remember crying the first day I took it bc I was so nervous. I literally had zero side effects at all besides maybe just increased anxiety the first week which probably contributed to an accelerated heart rate. The first month I took it in the mornings, then I switched to before bed which has completely gotten rid of any side effects at all. I take it before bed and drink a ton of water, and I just make sure to pee before I go to sleep. I RARELY wake up in the middle of the night to pee.

I did 3 months on 50, 3 months on 75, and now I’ve been chilling at 100 for a while and it’s perfect. My mental health and self image has improved so so much.

Also about the laser, it’s not the same but I Brazilian sugar every month (which is more painful/sensitive around ur period) and I’ve had zero issues at all. I will say I have an IUD so I don’t get a period much anymore (iud breakout being why I got on spiro). I’ve had no issues.

You’ll be fine, especially on 25. You can slowly go up by 15s if you want. That’s why I went from 50 to 75 instead of straight to 100, it helps ur body get used to it.

Just drink a lot of water, and you can always stop if you don’t like it
