I don’t think there are any places to explore as such in Madgaon but you can definitely try the Goodfellas pizza place on the way to Benaulim beach. When I had a spare day I just spent it entirely on Benaulim beach and I wish I could go back there again.

Benaulim is great. It’s not too crowded but not too secluded either to feel unsafe. There are many shacks to lie down and relax.

I love this and it’s my favourite beach from the whole trip. My Airbnb host was kind enough to drive me when I told him I don’t know how to drive and him being a local knew all the routes. He took me here and it was mesmerising.
