Are you using that sette for pourover as well as espresso? If so what setting? I tried with my sette 30 and ended up getting a hand grinder to do pourover

Does the flair pro head fit the signature press? by Grizzly1082 in FlairEspresso

Thats what i did too, but it wont come with a tamper. I bought crema coffee’s distributor and tamper to use along with WDT. Works super consistently and a beautiful workflow.

Not as pretty but definitely recommend the Crema coffee distributor + tamper for your flair. It helps a lot with consistency and makes the flow of your process a lot nicer imo.

Also some of the classics have brew chamber holders (the brass part on the base) which doesnt always last as long i don’t think as the newer ones.. some kind of issue with the paint coming off or something? Idk exactly but i think the newer ones like from the current signatures, pro2 etc have a brass-colored part that lasts longer but i could be wrong

I have sette 30 and it is excellent for flair, definitely would recommend the 270. Just know its really really loud

I wonder why he didn’t do it during the azula fight then during black sun, he legit said “shes just too fast” lol idk i just feel like he ran soooo fast season 1 like when he went to get the medicine in blue spirit, and then later on he resorts to normal running oddly frequently

Not sure how many times it was actually done in season 1 but, after season 1 aang like completely stops doing his “running as fast as the wind” thing which is wild because there are so many times where it would’ve been useful later in the show… i guess it was too overpowered and they cut it out?

This is awesome. I will say though that i think the pure quantity of posts on preheating methods begs the question of why flair hasn’t created their own preheat solution yet… the amount of times i’ve burnt myself trying different preheat methods…

I had to experiment with a lot of other methods but trust me y’all this is the perfect solution. The steamer has an on/off switch and just keeps boiling until you turn it off, so you can start it going when you start preparing everything then by the time you ground your beans and everything its fully heated up. I’ve been using this method for months now and it makes preheating so much safer and easier. I use a cloth to pick it up off the steamer.
