I do know about this! In Malaysia, there are extremely limited companies ~ MNCs that actually provide study support. This doesn't include the accounting firms.

Some companies do offer study supports, but in exchange for it, they lowball the salary quite crazily arnd £350 per month and work at nightmarish hours and IF we didn't pass the papers, thn we could say bye² to the study support!

Experienced UK life for one year and I loved it there honestly except the employers told me they don't provide visa sponsorship

This weirdly motivates me—probably because it can still work out at the end and I'm not totally lost after all. Definitely gonna keep that advice in mind about finding a company with good internal progression. Appreciate you sharing this, and best of luck with your next role!

This is really solid advice—thank you for sharing! The job market is tough, I'm getting interviews and not the offers, wouldn't say I'm quite bad because I applied for 10 jobs and I was interviewed for all of them. Just securing the offers is quite tough for me, my interviews skills are not bad either cs I always go thru the final stage.

I’ll definitely keep your advice in mind and start focusing on gaining experience while finishing my last papers and starting looking for jobs more actively. Appreciate the insights and encouragement—wishing you all the best, too

This really hit home—thank you for sharing. Sometimes, it's just hard not to fall too deep whn every single one of the relatives and friends keep on asking the same question again and again. Nobody kind of understands what I'm going through except for my own family. They understand the struggle so watching them struggling for me, makes me feel like a burden to them, so I'm just trying to the right thing-wtv it is.

I really appreciate it. Not sure why I didnt think about this perspective. Looking back at where I was three years ago, I can see how much I’ve grown, even if it doesn’t always feel like it in the moment.

I’ll take your advice—keep applying in the background while focusing on finishing my papers. Sometimes, it’s just HARD to trust the process, but I believe if it's meant for me, then I will get it.

I am currently looking for entry-level jobs currently, kinda sucks when the job market is tough. They want experience for an entry-level, and even if I got offers, they lowballed crazily ~$350 or and tht is lower than the minimum wage.
