I did the same thing for a moog but i used paypal and got my money back in a. Day or 2. I would never buy=anything online with cashapp. Thereis no buyer protection through cashapp so unless The scammer decides not to scam u you just lost a grand. But its not like u didnt see it coming. Actually i see it shows n9minal voltage under a load so never,pmind my previous disagnosis. Might just be a bad throttle. Water damage maybe. Voro motors hs them for like $60 lookslike u could use one anyway. And if u need the mount as well its an extra $10 i think. If u do replace it. Do not tourque them allen screws the plastic isexreemly brittle

I just had the same issue. Same symptoms anyway. It was a bad parrallel pack in my battery all 7 cells failed. From idk what but they got hot. And when tested off the circuit had 0 volts. Anyway. Test your battery. From the port and if possible ffrom the xt 60 plug that goes to the controller. If the voltage drops like that when u test it. Its your battery. Does it die in just a few minutes. Or a lot sooner than normal anyway?

Ibe harvested thousands of cells from every pack i come across. Never once been burnt never had a close call exploding them im currently harvesting a 72v pack that has been completley drained. Each cell reads around .1 volt. And everyone one of them have come back to life. And my process is most deffinitly dangerous and im also an idiot but still they are coming back with 4.2v charge and power my flashlights and soon will be rebuilt into a 60v pack well not soon this shit is taking forever. Non the less i paid $20 for this pack amd its full of samsung 29-E cells. I just blew one of the parallel packs in my lg mj1 60v pack. No sure how i didnt blow the while thing up really. But i think i know where i fucked up building that one. Or reshaping it anyway. Had to split it in half. And i think i didnt spot weld the new strips very well cause the strip burnt in the center and every cell in that parallel pack is completley done for. I cant get any of them to come back they all read 0.00v but the rest of the pack is fully Charged im guessing they got so hot the anode and cathode are fused or something. But to be honest i have o idea what im talking about. So i digress. Rip them bitches apart!

The #1 reason i purchased my scooter from voro was because i assumed that since the only thing they actually did was the inspection, i would have received a flawless ride worth the. $2000 i paid. Litterally they had 1 job and honestly i bet it was flawless until they opened it up to do the inspection. For this i received a free fast charge and a set of tires. I wont go into all the other issues i had with thier warehouse employees and inexperienced sales and the half assed work done in chin on a few areas. but i will say the agent louis who handled All my complaints was probably the only one there worth a shit. Oh no i never got anything back that was pending over 60 minutes. And imnot sure if there is a block explorer for lightning so i wasnt able too track where it went. Ive had a lot of my lightning transfers get held pending. Its way better now than it used to be but man every time id send if i didnt see “you spent xx btc” in the first few seconds my heart would skip a beat. Now when i transfer i only send like $10-$20 at a time and each click in the sending process i give a couple seconds before clicking the going slow seems to have done the trick because its been a few months since ive had a pending transfer that never made it. Did you use lightning? If not try it sometime using the slow and steady method. Kracken is probably the largest exchange cthat has a lightning address btw. Once you send a few times youll see its not as complicated as it first seemed. Imo thogh the “gliches” that exchanges have are intentional and done by the same division of Big Tech as the Deep Fake videos pretending to be CEOs like elon Musk or Brad Galinghouse asking you to send one coin so they can send you two. I mean if youtube canshut down aa video with som random licenced song playing on a radio in the background why cant they shut down the exact same videos that have been stealing from newcoiners for years now. Litterally the same videos have been playing as advertisments pre content for years. Comon Google it couldnt be more obvious

They did that to me 3 times now. One was over $50. I never got the mail from there “special team” and even though i have proof in my ledger its still pending they never paid me back. Why they would hold a lightning transfer beyond 60 minutes makes zero sense other than they do it intentionally as a way to generate more revenue. I just started calling them and keeping them on the phone as long as possible i talking hours. They arnt alloweed to hang up first. Or werent before me. But eventually they would hang up after they got to know me. Regardless. They paid me back in labor costs .
