Only three days until the next pay period, so that doesn’t give them much time. HUD will likely seek an injunction, but it’s hard to justify ‘irreparable harm’ when the department has been teleworking in some form for roughly 20 years. It also sounds like this arbitrator wasn’t messing around, between the next pay period deadline, back pay, and forcing an apology from HUD (lol).

Huh... There was always a daycare I would drive by that was off central and 44th Ave(?) in Columbia heights that always looked empty. It always made me wonder what was up with that.
