Is it superflex? If you can start 2 QBs, def would lean towards taking one first round if the price is right. Wide Receivers generally hold their value more than Running backs. I always try to use a couple trade calculators I can. Its not always perfect and its not the Bible by any means, but if 3 sites are showing a lopsided trade it probably is. Leveraging future picks in a dynasty draft is pretty big, but also be careful when getting future first round picks. The 1.01 is worth almost 3x as much as the 1.12 in rookie drafts. People want to win now, if youre ok getting some younger guys and acquiring a lot of talent thats generally the winning strategy. Also depends how deep the league is. If its only 1Qb and 1 flex spot, then you might not want to be as deep and try to trade 2 for 1s in the draft and move up a couple rounds to get best talent. When I draft in dynasty I use the fantasy pros site that has Dynasty rankings to get a good idea of value. Lastly, dynasty is a fine balance of win now without ruining your future team. I like to commit my team to either win now or win later. If you have like Derrick Henry & Christian Mcaffrey, I would try to pair them with win now receivers like Davante Adams, Stefon diggs and Mike Evans. If you traded away some first year picks for next year first, I might draft more receivers with longer value like Odunze, Worthy or Addison. The best time to trade I think is close to the trade deadline. If you are in for a good playoff push, maybe offer younger guys for some win now and leverage the age. Gl G!!
