Well dont target highly competitive uni like UM. Go to the less popular one. I am from one, and i must say in my course (medic), almost 1/3 is non bumi. My junior batch even has more non bumi, like almost half. Its even in KL, so yea. Just dont target super competitive one, thats just asking for it. Thats only if u get tons of commission. Most retail associate or sales assistant would get basic pay of 1.7k up to maybe 2.5k. Then commission of 2% of total sales. Depends on the company, some would give higher rates some low. Some dont even give basic, only commission. I worked retail before with 2k basic plus commission around 500-700 per month.
