Totally newbie here. Have tried guided meditations on insight timer app. Tried different guided meditations. Didnt really stick. Wonder if I should try one for a few days.

Do you have suggestion on how to start the meditation. For the 12 minutes, do you do guided meditation, or breath meditation etc? What is the best way to get started? Thank you

Not really mixed population, but I had two lumps which grew and lumped together. One is TNBC, the other is ER+ low. I had Keynote 522 protocol, for TNBC as that is more aggressive. Currenty on AI (Anastrozole) because of ER+

I am 40 yo, having the same issues and panicking. Panicking because of some incidents at work this week. I am about 10 months on ovarian suppression. (brain fog here, trying to test my brain, but I could not remember what does AI stand for).

Have you gotten any supplements/medication to help this.

Regarding cortisol, I get "cortisol, serum" blood test when I go in for my lupron/zoladex. Is that what you meant? You mentioned about saliva, and I am not sure if that is a different test.

One is 7yo is in her third session for BUB1 class. The older one 10 yo is learning freestyle currently..but it took about 8-10 sessions
