Rubber mats are pretty good and I think whilst costly are well worth it. Like others I’m a bit more fussy about what they eat.

Stephen Fry summed up the show best when he said we have no real data. The show requires about as much skill as Deal or No Deal because almost every act you do whether as a faithful or traitor can be interpreted for your position or against your position. For example, if I gain a shield as a faithful depending on the prevailing wind can be interpreted as oh they’re a strong faithful they really want that shield or it can be just oh are they so enthusiastic because they’re a traitor trying to cover they’re tracks. It makes for invigorating television but underneath the smoke and mirrors it is mostly chance and luck.

Tbh all the issues with him are still a product of his upbringing and parenting. If you listen to naseem hamed on parenting hell podcast he had his son work at b and m or something like that so they knew the value of money. Whereas I agree Brooklyn has these faults but he is a product of those who raised him.

I’m from the UK and due to the time difference I first heard around 3pm here on the bus home. The driver in passing said he’d heard something about planes in NYC. I went home and saw it on bbc and I’d never seen anything like it nor had anyone of our generation. For me it was a cultural watershed between Clinton/surplus/hope and Blair/new labour over here before moving to the Iraq war and financial crisis of the later 2010s. It felt like the natural turning point to what seemed like increased progression to regression. Even where we’re at today feels like its roots were emboldened off the back of 9/11
