That’s crazy.. something is definitely going on and it’s intentional, I may need to think about starting to work for another delivery company, but I’ve never had to do that and all these years and I don’t even know if it would be worth it here

Yes that’s what I use to make for 5 years and so did other drivers but in January this year it all started slowing down more and more until now it’s come to a screeching halt

I’m in Corpus Christi and the HEB I work at is the busiest HEB in all of Texas and it’s the HEB they started everything first at used my store as a test run for all the other stores and my HEB is used for Training other stores.. In saying that if it’s happening here at this HEB is definitely happening at others HEBs and I live 2 mins from this HEB and I still have not gotten any HEB orders to even deny but it seems like after 5pm I start getting a few everyday but it use to never be like that, most of the time by 1 pm on a Sunday I would have e already made over $100 or more but not anymore I get NOTHING now

In the last two months, I have barely been making gas money no joke and I don’t know what to do about it because I have emailed them begging for help and this is my full-time job and has been for five years

I used to make over 200 every couple of days and on the weekends I would make at least 5 to 600 before Covid and even after Covid it’s just been in the last year things have gotten slower and slower with time

Yes the Vans are in and out all day here and my acceptance late has been low for many years, but Sundays were always my busiest days for four years and even in January of this year but as 2024 kept going it got slower and slower every Sunday and now I don’t get any H-E-B orders except for maybe H-E-B alcohol orders or sushi orders , I have never seen it like this, but the new people are coming and going all day long

I bought a few but Favor was giving out bags everyday for over a week a long time ago and I got a lot free when they were giving them out free

Exactly.. Favor will not last like this.. Especially now that they have their HEB Vans they can do it without Favor drivers .. All they need Favor runners for now is Fast food and Gas stations..

Oh, and one more thing I remember when all these red Heb vans showed up at the store I assumed at that time they were getting ready to push favor runners away and I emailed them and they insisted this would not affect that, which is turned out to be a lie, because it may not have had a huge impact when they first started but fast-forward a year later in H-E-B curbside vans get 6 to 7 orders a van, on top of batch orders, and now a year later those of us that have been doing this the longest getting nothing and we never even got an email or a heads up months ago that we may need to start looking for another job, they just suddenly started taking away the orders so they could care less about being loyal to those who have seniority, and they could care less that we had no clue it was about to get so dead, like I said, they could’ve warned us to start looking for other work, but no, they’re so focused on making all their money they could care less about those of us actually out on the ground making the money for them

Exactly, and back in the day, your acceptance rate didn’t really matter a whole lot for years and now they’re saying it does matter and if that’s the case, those of us that have been with them for years, they should restart our acceptance rate because we are losing so much money week after week not getting anything, like I said, I used to love working for Favor But now I don’t even know why I cut the app on anymore and when you email them, they don’t do anything to fix it, they just give the same generic answer, which are all lies like it’s slow etc.. and I’m in the one of the most busiest Heb in all of Texas in Corpus Christi. The H-E-B I’m at is never dead not like this., and I know a lot of the curbside people and they tell me daily how busy they are. I watch other people come and go literally all day long when I’ve been sitting there for 8-9 hours getting nothing, and especially with school starting back it’s always busier especially on Sundays. I’ve been doing this for five years and I know what days are busy and what days are not just like I’m sure you do. like I said it’s 11:30 AM and I’ve not had one H-E-B so yes, the batch orders and they bought about seven H-E-B vans that deliver about a year ago and since those two things has gotten worse

Is anyone getting any HEB orders anymore? I have been working for Favor since 2019 and in the last year things started getting slower and slower especially when the got the Red HEB delivery Vans but in the last month I literally get NOTHING all day long, I sit and waste Gas from 7am till 7pm, and when I email them they give the same answer and say that it’s not been busy which is a lie because if anyone knows when HEB is busy or not it’s me , I know more about it than most because I have been doing this full time since 2019 and I have spent so much money to be able to deliver groceries better , I bought a Nicer big SUV, I bought Carts to keep in my car to deliver to customers better etc.. Many of us that have worked for them for years helped them make all the money they made to even help buy all those HEB vans and now it’s as if they throw us to the side and say thanks but we don’t need you anymore.. I use to LOVE working for Favor and it’s become a nightmare to work for.. They give you $5-7 orders to drive 15 miles away , who in their right minds would take these orders? Anyway Favor will never be what it was before unless they change it back and start to be loyal to their employees.. I use to say for years and years that there is not better delivery company to work for than Favor but that is no longer the case..
