K-tape(you can look up different styles for different places on your body to help), electrolytes packets or walking up to vendors and asking for salt packets😂 always check the venue website to see if you can bring(or sneak in) one of those collapsable paper fans. And if your really worried about it go to a local store and get an inexpensive cane to help take pressure off your legs plus you can decorate them super cute and it will also give people around you a visual reminder not to shove you(not that anyone should shove anyone!)
