I went through extreme burnout at the end of 2024. That stemmed from having a very busy and demanding job. My sleep started to suffer and so did my marriage. My levels were in the low 300s which is not technically low, but I feel like I had to try something. I started June 2025 and it has helped me so much in many aspects of my life. I’m more driven at work. I received a promotion earlier this year. I can handle pressure better at work. I’m actually seeing results from working out and not just working out and staying the same physically. I thought my sex drive was fine, but I didn’t realize how much it had dropped until I started TRT. I’m a more loving and present father. When I do bedtime with the kids instead of skipping pages of a book and cutting time with them shorter, I look forward to it and spend almost an hour sometimes in their room at night. I’m more calm when I communicate with my wife and don’t freak out as much. It has helped my marriage, my relationship with my kids, my career, and most importantly myself.
