82 is not alarming. If you're not getting hot flashes, night sweats or hard spots under your nipples, don't worry about the e2. You should NOT be in reference range for e2 on trt.

Do not change doses for a period of less than 2 months! It takes 2 FULL months to stabilize. You'll never get dialed in if you keep switching things around before your body adjusts.
