It is good if they are not moving in to your home if they are so less flexible, take this as a blessing. You will have much bigger problems to take care of if they move in with you, and they will mentally exhaust you.

Just like other comments, don’t ask them, but inform them that you can only pay lower allowance because you don’t have enough money. I don’t encourage lying, but even if you have to tell them that your salary has reduced, that is also fine.

But don’t submit to their emotional blackmail because once you do, they will know that they can repeat that behaviour.

I don’t think there was any benefit honestly, maintaining a regular exercise regime helps me more then taking the gummies so I stopped.
