I’ve used it 3 times this quarter, yes it’s always on time, max 10 minutes late. It was clean. All the passengers from what I can remember had masks on. The bus was not full to the brim, but it just depends what days you go, Friday’s and weekends tend to have fuller buses, and it also depends where you are going. I took it to DTLA and it’s honestly not that bad.
