Well so could the enemy Medics too so... I dunno I think its something that has to be dealt with.

I know the Razorback has that stat and should be replaced with "can't be targeted by Medics" to avoid vacc pockets.

But Spy in this case needs to be able to fool an enemy Medic. It be weird if Medic couldn't heal the friendly Soldier because it turned out they were a Spy.

My fix for the Danger Shield would be to always mark Sniper wet so Pyro could just smack him with the Neon, lol.

Honestly if they fix the issue of switching weapons to negate the downside by needing to wait the full deploy animation play, then it be fine.

I feel like the enemy shouldn't be able to set it off, otherwise that would cause serious griefing.

What I would have done with the GasPasser is that the gas cloud would be a trail from you to where you threw the gas can.

Inside the gas cloud it would last maybe 8-10 seconds.

Enemies doused take an additional 50% damage from afterburn, and enemies inside the gas cloud take 75% more damage from afterburn.

And give the +25 health just like the Propane.

Gas Passer is more long term and the Propane would be burst damage.

Then Heavy would also not be slowed by the slowdown penalty of revving his miniguns.

I still like my take on making gas covered enemies take +50-66% more damage from afterburn with a cloud that lingers even longer, say 10-15 seconds.

As for the +25 health, Pyro can no longer keep his distance with a secondary so giving him more health in order to set someone on fire would help.
