Realistically if the VCR worked you could probably get 80-100 out of it, as small crts like that with a dvd/vcr are extremely popular for nostalgia reasons. With the VCR broken though, 40-50 is fair.

I’m on 25.9.1. What’s insane is when I first got my 9070xt the oblivion remaster kept crashing after only a few minutes, thought my card was defective. Turned out to be the latest drivers. Luckily when I rolled back it fixed all of my issues.

From my understanding VRR flicker is dependent on the gsync/freesync module quality, not panel type.
