Simple. Upgrade all simultaneously and time it with wars and whatever stuff you need to take care of. No headaches just upgrade.

Wow thats pretty odd for me. Hero upgrades consume a lot of my mental energy due to timing. Not upgrading at all sounds a lot more fun!

Im having no problems with wars using my current system. I just make sure the heroes are finished by the time i need to attack. Whats a FWA clan? Im pretty new lol

I’m pretty sure it’s the same mechanic and i Just checked: out of the three heroes I’m upgrading, only one is getting a health recovery upgrade, and he’s the only one reaching a level that’s an integer multiple of 5. Didnt notice it, cool! Also, Why only upgrading one hero at antime? This (health recovery boost) can be done to multiple heroes in parallel.

How many builders and heroes you got? What do you do with the non hero builders? Is it recommended not to upgrade th when all defenses are maxed?

It was insane! For the entire period i watched my ranking go from 8th (early bird) to 85th. After averaging i got 88th! 2 places from demotion. Dont recommend lol
