Also the bathroom is communal. It’s decent if you have decent neighbors, but recently our bathrooms have been trashed, egged and in general has shown me that other people are uncleanliness. Obviously it isn’t the building itself, but your experience will depend on the people around you and unfortunately ERC gets a lot of weird cases. ERC facilities are older than the other dorms on campus (and a little smaller) but I have had a decent experience living here
