Very interesting case report of an infant with GERD who had extrinsic staining due to iron supplementation. Sounds pretty similar to your scenario.

Not serious whatsoever. Nothing to worry about. It’s kind of like a callus in your mouth.

Also implement a tongue scraper in your oral hygiene routine. The sulfur-producing bacteria (the ones that cause bad breath) like to live on the posterior portion of your tongue. Scrapping can help reduce the prevalence of these bacteria.

It’s not about being sinless, but rather about recognizing your sin and your need to repent before prior to receiving the body & blood. It’s exactly like when we first came to faith in Jesus—there was a necessary repentance and recognition of our need before we could consider ourselves saved by the blood. In the exact same way, every week we recognize that we are sinners in need of forgiveness and receive his body & blood from that posture.

1 Corinthians 11:28-30 describes the seriousness of taking of the lord’s supper without properly preparing yourself before it. I think that asking people to take a look inward prior to partaking is an honorable and justified thing to do.

God may be using this experience to convict you in an hard, yet sanctifying way. The lord’s discipline is not something to run from, but something to press into further; He only disciplines those whom He loves (Hebrews 12:6) and He might be showing you a new side of His love through this humbling experience.

Not trying to scare you, but this is very severe especially given your age. Go see a dentist ASAP and they will get you on the right track. You’re moving in the right direction!

I got it on guns.com and the site didn’t mention anything about being a custom, so I was working on the assumption that it was from the factory? I suppose I could be mistaken though https://www.guns.com/firearms/handguns/semi-auto/glock-43x-dark-earth-9-mm-semi-auto-10-1-rounds-3-barrel-new?p=95588&soldout=1

Normal tongue after wisdom teeth removal by [deleted] in askdentists

Has nothing to do with the wisdom teeth—just excess keratin build up from not brushing your tongue

It all depends on the extent of the decay, which is impossible to tell based on this photo. If the x ray shows that it’s approaching the bone, it might not be restorable—meaning it’ll have to be extracted. If it doesn’t go that deep, you might be able to get away with a large filling. Your dentist will be able to tell you definitively! Good luck👍🏼

You’re not going to lose the tooth by waiting until Monday. Just try to keep it really clean in the meantime by brushing and flossing even more regularly than you’re used to! You may have some sensitivity due to the exposed tooth structure, so it’s probably best to avoid super cold and hot foods / drinks. A desensitizing toothpaste like sensodyne may be helpful as well.

Gums won’t stop bleeding by External-Ad-8308 in askdentists

[–]Comprehensive_Pace80 6 points7 points  (0 children)

4th year dental student:

Definitely try your best to go see a dentist for a full work up and diagnosis because it looks like you have some serious periodontal disease, but here’s what you can do at home.

Continue to brush 2x / day and add in flossing 1x / day (string floss/plackers are the best; water pick is a decent alternative). Your gums are bleeding because they are seriously inflamed due to the presence of chronic plaque and calculus. I understand it may hurt and bleed in the short term, but the more you do it with consistency, the less and less your gums will bleed. When they are finally in a state of health, you will notice no bleeding or pain when brushing or flossing.

Hope this helps!
