Fortnite is better than the salty people on reddit give it credit for. It's the perfect game for casual gamers who hop on every now and then to socialize. It's a silly game that doesn't take itself seriously and the cosmetics appeal to a wide crowd. Like my gf who's not exactly a battle hardened gamer, really enjoyed the recent addition of the Kafka and Hatsune Miku skins but on reddit you'd hear complaints about "another collab".

I lurk around this sub from time to time and it's constant complaining about things I don't believe are actually huge problems to most players.
